You can either upload a smaller file or submit your claim via phclaims@manulife.com instead.
eClaims is only available for individual life insurance. If you are covered by a Group Insurance policy, please contact your employer to submit your claim.
You can follow up on your claim by emailing phclaims@manulife.com. Please indicate your reference number in the subject line.
Depends on the type of claim:
You and your agent will receive an email notification from phclaims@manulife.com if your claim is approved or denied.
Your claim benefit will be deposited to your bank account.
Here's how to troubleshoot the following errors in the eClaims portal.
You will see this error when your screen has been idle for more than 30 minutes. Simply refresh the page and restart your submission.
Enter your mobile number without the country code. It should start with 9 and should be 10 digits in total. (e.g. 9171111111)
This error is specific to customers/financial advisors using an iPad iOS version 15.7 to access the eClaims portal and will appear when the user enters the policy number and taps on ‘Enter’ on the keypad.
To fix this, simply reenter your policy number., tap anywhere on the screen, and then tap on ‘Continue’.
