MCBL Management Team

As President, Neil is responsible for overseeing MCBL's business strategy and operations, and leveraging the synergies and combined strengths of Manulife and China Bank to make every day better for China Bank customers, as it continues its performance as one of the Philippines' high-performing bancassurance companies.

Neil has a wealth of experience in leading bancassurance partnerships, multi-channel distribution, and business transformation. Prior to joining another regional insurer in 2018, where he was Director for Group Partnership Distribution, Neil was Chief Bancassurance Officer for Manulife Singapore. There, he was responsible for the overall development of our bancassurance operations in the country, including Strategy, Distribution Operations, Business Development, Sales, and Learning & Development.

Jared Uichico is Manulife China Bank Life's Head of Partnership Distribution and Bancassurance Strategy. Prior to joining Manulife and MCBL, Jared Uichico led solutions strategy, bancassurance and corporate strategy at a global life insurance company based in Japan, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. He also worked in New York, USA at the head office of a leading global bank.

Mr. Uichico holds a bachelor's degree in International Political Economy, minor in Economics, from Fordham University in New York, and an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jennifer San Miguel Sanchez serves as Channel Head of MCBL's Retail Banking Business (RBB), managing the largest distribution in the Company's  bancassurance operations. Jen oversees RBB Cluster 1, which covers Metro Manila North, Metro Manila West, North Luzon and Mindanao. She leads a team of sales leaders, and is responsible for managing the daily sales activities, ensuring the successful execution of MCBL's strategy and direction.

An experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jen has gained extensive expertise in bancassurance, banking, and agency distribution channels. Prior to joining MCBL, she worked at another multinational insurer with presence in the Philippines. Jen also worked for China Bank's Bancassurance Department as a Marketing Officer. 

Ms. Sanchez holds an Accounting degree from the Philippine School of Business Administration.

Jannette Domingo serves as Channel Head of MCBL's Retail Banking Business (RBB), and is responsible for the overall management, operations and strategic planning of Cluster 2 (Metro Manila East, Metro Manila South, South Luzon, and Visayas). Before taking over the RBB channel, Jannette led MCBL's Wealth Management Group, Institutional Banking Segment, and China Bank Savings. Prior to joining MCBL in 2019, she had more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Jannette is a seasoned sales head and business development executive with proven track record in areas of channel development and management, business and strategic planning, project management, people development, relationship management, and process improvement.

Ms. Domingo holds a Mass Communication degree from St. Louis University in Baguio City.

Mary Ann Maglanoc is responsible for the business planning process of Manulife China Bank Life by collecting and analyzing data trends, forecasting, and reviewing sales performance to ensure delivery of key business objectives. She is also responsible for the review of existing policies and procedures affecting sales processes, 

An accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Mary Ann also held progressively senior roles from various global insurance companies. Prior to joining MCBL, she served as AVP and Head of Finance MIS for Manulife Philippines. 

Ms. Maglanoc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Adamson University.

Mary Anne Narciso is responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end strategies and initiatives around MCBL's recruitment, training, leadership development, performance management and employee engagement. She also drives critical priorities to help grow its business.

Mary Anne has more than 25 years of experience in people, leadership, and organization development. Prior to joining MCBL, she worked in a multinational technology company, with focus on talent management, organization development, change management, leadership, and learning in various Asian markets. She also worked at a multinational insurer, leading the organization's agile transformation and digitalization.

Ms. Narciso graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Information Technology. She obtained her Master's degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
